I work as a sole proprietor and am not entered in the commercial register. I am not a member of any professional chamber and hold no professional title regulated by law.

VAT

I am a small business within the meaning of Section 19 UStG (German VAT Act). No VAT is charged and none is shown. The stated price of €1.99 is therefore also the amount you pay.

I do not hold a VAT identification number under Section 27a UStG.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

The European Commission shut down its online dispute resolution platform on July 20, 2025. There is therefore no link to it.

Distribution of the app through the stores

The Wonnel app is distributed through Apple’s App Store and through Google Play. The purchase contract is concluded there, which makes the respective store your contractual partner for the purchase, not me.

That does not release me from my obligations as the provider of the app. Liability for defects under Sections 434 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) and the obligation to keep digital products updated under Section 327f BGB remain with me. So if something in Wonnel does not work, write to me directly.

Liability for content and links

I am responsible for my own content on these pages under Section 7(1) DDG. It was prepared with care; I can nevertheless give no guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG I am, as a service provider, not obliged to monitor third-party information or to investigate circumstances that suggest unlawful activity. As soon as I become aware of a specific infringement, I remove the content in question without delay.

This website links to external sites in a few places. I have no influence over their content; responsibility always lies with the respective provider. No infringements were apparent there at the time of linking. I do not permanently monitor external sites without specific grounds. If I am notified of an infringement, I remove the link.

The text, graphics, design and source code of this website are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation and distribution beyond the limits of copyright require my written consent. You may download and print these pages for private, non-commercial use.

There is an exception for editorial use: the wordmark, the app icon and the screenshots from the game may be used freely for editorial reporting about Wonnel. The terms and the files are on the press page.

How this website and the app handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy. The short version: the app handles none.
