Everything a newsroom needs about Wonnel: two ready-made descriptions, a fact sheet, and the media assets at full resolution.
The game in two lengths
One sentence
Wonnel is an endless runner without a single word, in which children aged 2 to 5 follow a forest gnome through day and night and have to do exactly one thing: tap.
One paragraph
In Wonnel, a forest gnome runs through a drawn vector forest of flat, clear shapes, gathering supplies before autumn arrives. He runs by himself; a tap anywhere on the screen makes him jump. There are no other controls, and none are needed. The game has no text, no instructions and no language. That is why it works the same in every country, and why children who cannot read yet get along with it. There is no enemy, no star rating and no comparison with other children; a counter runs along at the top, and the child’s own best result stands beside it at the end. One thing is serious: miss the hole in the path, fall in, and the run is over. A tap starts the next one. At night the forest changes color, and fireflies widen the circle of light around the gnome. Wonnel costs €1.99 once and contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no tracking.

Media assets
Every file is provided at the resolution it was created in. None of it is a mock-up: the screenshots show the running game.

Two versions in vector format. The colored one belongs on a light background. The single-color one takes on any color through the CSS color property or a fill tool and is meant for colored surfaces.
App icon
The icon as a vector file and additionally as a raster image at 1024 × 1024 pixels, which is the size both stores use for their listings.
Screenshots
Thirteen unedited captures from the running game, 3200 × 1800 pixels each. The daytime and the night-time forest are the same places at different hours; for a spread they pair up nicely.

Still open: a bundle
A single archive holding all seventeen files would be easier than seventeen clicks. There is none here at the moment. If you need everything at once, send a short note to the address below and I will email the bundle.
Usage rights
The wordmark, the app icon and the screenshots may be used free of charge for editorial reporting about Wonnel, in print and online. No separate request is needed.
Two requests to go with that:
- Please leave the wordmark as it is. No stretching, no recoloring, no added elements. The single-color version exists precisely so that it can sit inside someone else’s palette.
- Please avoid cropping the screenshots where you can. The game runs at a 16:9 ratio; a crop shows a forest that never appears that way on screen.
Maximilian Vogl or wonnel.app is enough as a credit. A copy of the piece is always welcome but never required.
